About Us

Working as a Virtual Assistant for over 4 years, I wanted to take on the challenge of creating a successful company that could meet the needs of both clients and assistants, enabling and managing relationships that would benefit both parties. 

As a Virtual Assistant I have learned so many different things and am so pleased that virtual offices are now a reality.  Working with clients across North America and overseas, there is no limit to the services that can be provided with a telephone and internet connection.

I would describe myself as a person who likes to look at the big picture and work backwards, trying to develop the most efficient and effective way to tackle a problem or task.  Always striving to find a more efficient way, I have developed numerous databases and procedures that individuals and companies still use today.  I take great pleasure in creating manuals and love the idea of making knowledge accessible and easy to interpret and navigate.

Background

For over ten years, I have worked closely with the public starting my career at one of the largest grocery store chains, where I trained and supervised staff. An opportunity became available in the Government of British Columbia where I managed a database for a multi-million dollar program. After a decision to move with my husband to Calgary, I was employed at the head office of a major grocery store chain, where I worked as an Advertising Assistant. Through that role I was able to develop and deploy major marketing campaigns, evaluate programs and initiatives, and become a specialist in executing loyalty programs. Before moving back to BC, I also became involved in the sales aspect of the company.

I always strive to excel in every aspect that I take on.  Creating a company for me has been a wonderful learning experience, which I can now pass on to my clients. 

Background

Experience includes working in many office environments including but not limited to extensive work in tourism industry and most recently working for a major Canadian financial institution. I have worked at many different levels including running and managing my own department to running and managing an entire operation. My experience has also enabled me to implement various procedures from the ground up including hiring and training staff to working with national sales teams to reach common marketing goals. I am used to working as a team member in a team environment and relish new ideas and strategies. I always strive to provide a high degree of professionalism.
 

After years in the corporate world, Theresa began training to become an Online Office Assistant. Completing courses through Red Deer College, Practice Pay Solutions, VA Training.com, and many others Theresa is an invaluable part of our team. She started her own company, Click Virtual Assitance (ClickVA.com) in 2007.

Our team also includes a number of individuals and businesses that we call on as needed.  These individuals have specialties in a variety of areas, which gives our company a great pool of talent and resources.
